The Royal Towers 1 & 2 - 285 & 305 Larry Uteck, Bedford

This project is a complex of two multi-residential buildings. Tower 1 is a 146 unit building of different size apartments, varying between, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. It was completed in June 2022. Tower 2 is a project that is currently still under construction, the unit count is 133, with more 3 bedroom units added in comparison with Tower 1. Tower two is to be complete in April 2024.
